Students may work alone or in pairs for the activity. Have them create a map of the Battle of Bighorn location and identify towns, place names, etc. Another activity is to have students make a poster that advertises an upcoming movie called “The Battle of Little Bighorn.” Ask a history expert to come to the class and speak with the students about Native Americans and the Battle of Bighorn.
