Description
Our All about China lesson plan introduces students to the country of China. The lesson includes a wealth of information about China and students should be able to locate China on a world map. During this lesson, students are asked to work with a partner to answer questions about quotes by Confucius, about China’s censorship of the internet, about the Chinese zodiac, and more in order to more fully engage with the lesson material. Students are also asked to match the definition or information to the correct term or place in order to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson and lesson vocabulary.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to locate China on a map, list some characteristics and facts about the country, and explain some of its history.
