Description
Our Narrator lesson plan helps develop reading comprehension and critical thinking skills in young students by introducing them to the concept of the narrator. During this lesson, students are asked to read provided passages, identify the narrator, and identify the narrator’s point of view. Students are also asked to complete charts in which they fill in the narrator, their point of view, the clue words that told them who the narrator was, and the narrator’s purpose, in order to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify the narrator in texts and relate it to point of view. Students will also be able to identify the purpose of the narrator in text.
