Read with Accuracy and Fluency

I loved having the resource. It was helpful to share the information with my students- printed in the document. I liked the statements - and then having the students decide how to read them. * I think there was a spelling mistake in the information.

Description

Our Read with Accuracy and Fluency lesson plan teaches students how to improve their reading comprehension. During this lesson, students are asked to work with a partner to listen to their teacher read a story aloud and then write questions about the story that begin with who, what, when, where, and why; they then answer the questions. Students are also asked to work individually to read a story and answer questions about it that test their understanding.

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to read with sufficient accuracy and fluency to support comprehension.
