Description
Our Identifying and Using Determiners lesson plan enables students to identify and use determiners in their writing, making their writing clearer and more specific. Following a group discussion and explanation of determiners, students are asked to work with a partner to identify determiners within a paragraph and to then share their answers with the rest of the class. Students are also asked to independently practice inserting the correct determiner into a text.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify and correctly use determiners, also referred to as noun markers or articles.
