Description
Our Unit Rate Problems lesson plan teaches students how to understand and solve unit rate problems in mathematics. During this lesson, students are asked to work collaboratively with a partner to create their own unit rate word problems to be solved by other groups of students in their class. Students are also asked to solve practice word problems where they are required to find the unit rate, demonstrating their understanding of the lesson material.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to solve unit rate problems including those related to unit pricing, constant speed, and others.
