Description
Our Ratios, Tables, Coordinate Planes lesson plan teaches students all about ratios, tables, and coordinate planes, including what they are, how to use them, and how they can all be used together to solve math problems and organize data. During this lesson, students are asked to choose a ratio, write equivalent ratios, and then graph them. Students are also asked to complete ratio tables and convert them to ordered pairs to be graphed on a coordinate plane.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to create tables with equivalent ratios, find missing values in the tables, create ordered pairs from the tables, and plot the values on a coordinate plane.
