Description
Our Spelling Correctly lesson plan helps students become better spellers and shows them strategies for finding the correct spellings of words. Students are asked to work collaboratively, in groups, to create a board game that teaches students how to spell commonly misspelled words correctly; this also lets them use their creativity. Students are also asked to independently identify misspelled words and spell them correctly.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to spell grade-appropriate words correctly and consult references as needed.
