Description
Our Prefixes Lesson Plan gives students the tools to determine the meaning of new words when a prefix is added. Additionally, students will be able to define prefixes and give examples of prefixes. Students will use their creativity and critical thinking skills to create a new prefix and assign meaning in its use with a root word. Students will also be asked to match words with prefixes to their definition.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to define prefix, give examples of prefixes, and determine the meaning of the new word when a prefix is added.
