Description
Our Irregularly Spelled Words Lesson Plan introduces students to irregularly spelled words. Students learn how to read and spell common irregularly spelled words accurately and independently, which improves reading fluency and writing. Students will also practice pronouncing the words in pairs. To solidify understanding, students are asked to identify correctly spelled words and insert irregularly spelled words into sentences.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to recognize, read and spell irregularly spelled words.
