Quality materials

I use to shop a lot on the TPT website. Often, I found that there were a lot of errors or it didn't fit my needs. Clarendon provides worksheets that are reliable and applicable. I will definitely use it a lot this year.

Wow! - Interjections Lesson

What a great resource! This is a resource that can be used exactly as is or adjusted to fit any teacher's needs. The standards, procedure guidelines, and additional resources were exactly what we were looking for. Wow! Such a great find!

Very helpful for my ESL students

This website proves extremely helpful with teaching my ESL students the basics of the English language. I’ve found the resources explain things in a way that is very understandable for people unfamiliar with English nuances. I hope to use it again in the future.

In this lesson plan, students learn what interjections are and how they should be used in their writing. Students practice identifying interjections in other people’s writing and using them on their own.

Description

Our Interjections lesson plan expands the writing skills of students as they learn to identify and use interjections correctly in their writing. Students are asked to use their creative thinking and peer learning skills as they work in groups to compose new interjections and sentences, reinforcing their awareness and recognition of the use of interjections. Students are also asked to work independently to practice coming up with their own interjections and using them naturally in their writing.
