Description
Our Solving Equations Using Order of Operations lesson plan teaches students how to use the order of operations to solve equations. During this lesson, students are asked to complete a practice game with a partner in which they solve equations and, if their answer is correct, they put a piece on the tic-tac-toe board. Students are also asked to solve practice problems on their own and tell which operation they used to solve each.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to solve mathematical equations using the order of operations.
